Funny Thought

One guy went to the American Consulate.

Guy: I need a new passport please.
Consular Officer: Okay, do you want to renew your passport or is it your first time to get a passport?
Guy: No, I lost my passport and I need a new passport.
Consular Officer: Okay, please fill in this document. Do you have pictures?
Guy: I have pictures. I will fill in the document.
After filling the document, the guy went back to the Consular Officer.
Consular Officer reads the document. After sometime, he looked at the guy.
Consular Officer: I am sorry, I cannot give you a passport.
Guy: But why?
Consular Officer: I am sorry you have to leave as I cannot give you a passport from here.
Guy: Why not?
Consular Officer: (getting mad) Really, you think this is a joke? You must leave now.
Guy: Why can't you give me a passport?
Consular Officer: Because you are a Filipino not an American!!!

Hehehe. Just kidding.
