Thoughts on Last Night

Thank God for the Russian Embassy and the Guards.

I was driving home last night and a car was following me the whole time. No matter how fast I go or how slow he was either tailgating or was just next to my lane. I was nearing the area where I live in when I noticed that I could not concentrate looking for parking because I was scared of the guy following me.

The curse of driving a car is not finding the right parking space.

So, I was turning left in to the front of my building when he followed me. I stopped to make u-turn, he did the same and this time he was really just a few meters away and making it obvious that he was following me. Of all times, the guards were not there also. Normally they are always roving around just to pass the time and also of course to check strange people and strange cars. One time a few nights back, a new guard stopped me and asked me why I was driving around for five times, I told him I live in that building, I pointed it to him and that I was looking for parking.

Anyways, last night, I had to go to the other side of the embassy to find the guard that I am familiar with. (He was the same guard who helped me park while I was drunk and almost hit the Porsche Cayenne.) I greeted him and said "the guy behind me has been following me for like a long time now last night". He looked concerned and went to the guy in the white car and he looked at his number plate and asked him where he was going and why he was following me. I don't know what else they talked and the guard came to me and said its okay now. He said the other guy said he is sorry. As the bad guy was leaving he gestured his hand and waved. He even looked at me scrutinizing me. He looked scary. Not scared, scary. I was scared shitless. Wuss.
