Losing, Finding out and Learning

There is something about death that makes a person stronger. Its the act of letting go. When we lose someone we love through death, it gives you that feeling of utter helplessness in knowing that you will never see that person again, or hear his voice ever again. You live in what memory was vivid in your mind. It gives you an abandon acceptance of something that you cannot change.

Such losing gives you some meaning in finding out so many things for yourself. It gives you a perspective of trying to see which things in your life you consider that matter to you most. It helps you find ways to untangle any involvement you have with other people or yourself. Its helps you see better which things mean more.

In time maybe we learn to grow and acknowledge that such loss are bound to come and though we do not look forward to it, we know it is inevitable in our lifetime. We either lose people through death, through breakups, or simply by parting away in varied different ways.

However, in death, it gives you an added responsibility on whether you take on fulfilling a person's dream for him as a desperate attempt to keep him alive and you take into consideration the things the deceased value most, whether it be an idea, a goal, an item or a person. Probably it is also our way of getting in touch with the beyond by knowing the other things that occurred in a person's life that we have not known.
