Trying hard... err...

One should never let down their guards when it comes to food. Once the fat grows, it would be so difficult to lose them. It clings to your body and will stay there for the longest time. The culprits:

steak at Chi-Chi's
m&ms
Ritter Sports Chocolate
Pina Colada
JC La Reoux
Kenny Roaster's "The Gambler" (good they took it off the menu, we don't have reason to go to Dubai just for that!)
Starbucks Frappuccinno (white mocha with topped with cream and lots of caramel... oh yum)
Cinnabon (ooohhhhh)
Mugg & Bean's Famous (Infamous) Breakfast (dreaming!)

The fat-fighters (been trying to do these lately....):

swim (any night I feel like it)
skip rope (nights of the week that I am free)
yoga (wednesdays)
treadmill (after yoga or after belly dancing)
belly dancing (saturdays)
j.lo dancing (mornings before work, or nights after work)
dieting (doesn't really work)
starving at night (ugh!)
