Swearing
There is something about swearing that makes me proud when I do it. Its like I take pride when I swear. Weird. I wonder why. But after the ego has settled down I feel guilty and awful and ashamed of myself for swearing. Either I need to swear more or not at all. We shall see. Damn it.

I have the similar condition when I swear it gratifies my need to emphasise my temper at the specific time I swear. But as with all words spoken, once they are out there...we can't take them back. Language and the way we choose to use it is a gift or a, and excuse the pun, a curse. I found a site that takes a practical stance on "swearing." It might help me to tame my tongue, and hopefully through practice and self control, I can enrich the way in which I communicate to the people in my world around me. After all, the saying does go "You can learn alot about the person by what they have to say."
